ŠKODA Australia has introduced a new Ambition grade to its MY22 Kamiq line-up, offering the same 110kW turbocharged petrol powertrain available as the rest of the range, filling the void left by the unprecedented success of the now completely sold-out 85TSI.

Sitting at the entry point to the Kamiq range under the sporty 110TSI Monte Carlo and the new fully-loaded 110TSI Signature, which replaces the Limited Edition launch grade, the 110TSI Kamiq Ambition is filled to the brim with a high level of standard features and available with either a six-speed manual or seven speed DSG transmission.
Catering to the most value-focused ŠKODA customer, the new, more powerful Ambition grade offers a compelling mix of the latest tech, practicality and safety. Standard features in the MY22 Ambition include virtual cockpit, 18-inch ‘Crater’ alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear LED tail lights with ‘swiping’ animated turn signal, a Multi-function sports flat bottom leather 3-spoke steering wheel, rear view camera with rear parking sensors, Lane Assist with lane keeping system and an electric opening and closing tailgate.
Like all ŠKODAs, the Kamiq boasts a host of thoughtful Simply Clever features that owners have come to know and love, and their neighbours have lusted over jealously. Such standard features include an umbrella in the driver’s side front door, a ticket holder on the front windshield and hooks in the rear boot for particularly messy, but oh-so-worth-it takeaway meals.
The MY22 ŠKODA Kamiq range, including the new 110TSI Ambition, is available to order now from ŠKODA’s national dealer network and online, with stock arriving in showrooms in the coming weeks. Like all ŠKODAs, the Kamiq range comes with a five-year/unlimited kilometre warranty, capped price servicing every calendar year, the option of three and five-year pre-paid servicing packs or new pay-as-you-go service and maintenance subscriptions, and the flexibility and peace of mind of ŠKODA’s Choice guaranteed future value program.
