Audi has released the S4 Sedan and S4 Avant or wagon continuing their tradition of sports wagons. The stylishly redesigned models are powered by a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine that produces 260kW, and peak torque of 500Nm available from as low as 1370rpm.
This is enough for a 0-100kmh time of around 4.7 seconds with a governed top speed of 250kmh. They are surprisingly economical as well with an ADR fuel rating of 8.6l/100k.
S4 models have a smooth 8 speed tiptronic transmission and Audi quattro system with a lockable centre diff. S-specific sport suspension with adaptive damper control ensures superb ride and dynamics as you would expect.
Of course the interior matches the performance with upgraded infotainment connectivity and Audi virtual cockpit amongst a long list of features. Special mention goes to the stunningly good LED matrix lighting system.
Pricing for the S4 Sedan is $99,500 and S4 Avant is $102,000 plus the usual costs
