The 1995 James Bond movie Goldeneye was the first for Pierce Brosnan and the first time 007’s regular car was not British. It was a BMW Z3 roadster.
A long droopy nose and a bland stubby tail – it looked wishy washy – the car that is. It was on the screen for a total of less than 2 minutes but the movie worked for BMW who released the car the next year and sold a lot.
BMW’s latest which is their 6th generation Z sports car is much better.
Low, wide and with distinctive lines and features such as shark gills just behind the front wheels.
From about $85,000 to $125,000 plus on roads. I was proud to be seen in it.
