Ferrari F80 performance
Representing the pinnacle of Ferrari technology, the F80 is a vision of future performance and style. A true testament to Ferrari’s relentless pursuit of performance and innovation, the new supercar pushes the limits of available technology in all facets. It delivers a staggering 1,200 hp from a V6-hybrid powertrain that now soars to new heights when paired with our groundbreaking e-turbo technology.
The result is a monumental leap forward. The F80 sets a new performance standard for a Ferrari and for a real road car: 0-100 km/h in 2.15s, 0-200 km/h in 5.75 s, and a new record lap time at Fiorano. An extreme machine that can also be enjoyed on normal roads, the new Ferrari supercar is the pure embodiment of driving thrills.
Formula 1 season
Scuderia Ferrari’s newest driver, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, remained on stage with teammate Charles Leclerc and team principal Frédéric Vasseur for a relaxed conversation ahead of the first race of a new Formula 1 season.
Lewis: “It’s so good to be here. The crowd here every time when we come to Melbourne, this is the best first race that we can have. It’s a long flight, I’m jet-lagged like crazy, but this is so exciting for me. This is my first year with Ferrari, my first race with Ferrari. I remember growing up watching the Grand Prix and to be getting into the red car tomorrow, it’s just so iconic.”
Charles: “We have a lot of support everywhere as Ferrari drivers, but here it’s even more special. I love the environment, it’s probably one of my favourite cities to go to every year. just feel good. I won here in 2022 and it was probably one of my best weekends ever and that motivates me even more.
We’ll do absolutely everything to bring back Ferrari to the top.”
Charles also shared his thoughts on the Ferrari F80 following his experience of its performance on track at Fiorano.
“It’s crazy. It’s such an incredible car. I love the look of it, and when you drive it, it feels so light. And that’s really what strikes me. I really, really enjoyed it.”
Casa Ferrari has become a signature destination
Offering Ferrari owners and special guests an unparalleled experience, Casa Ferrari has become a signature destination at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. This year’s multi-storey hospitality venue has grown in scale and integrates a more modern interpretation of an Italian masseria within its design. Building on previous iterations, the custom-built facility is unlike any other.
A larger upper-level terrace offers some of the best seats in the house for viewing the race, while the relaxed trackside garden allows guests to immerse themselves in the electric atmosphere.
“We strive to offer the most desirable experience at the Australian Grand Prix and I think we have achieved that. This year is our biggest to date in terms of demand.” says Jan Voss, President of Ferrari Australasia.
“Our vision is to translate the quality of our product into an experience. A new year is a new opportunity to elevate the offering for our guests who trust us to deliver something truly memorable.”
The Ferrari F80 is now on display at the front of Casa Ferrari, located near Gate 1, giving all visitors to Albert Park the opportunity to see Ferrari’s latest innovation up close until Sunday, 16 March.
