Peugeot 2008 Hybrid – What’s New

What’s new? For one, the MY25 PEUGEOT 2008 GT Hybrid now includes the ‘Style Pack’ as standard, featuring 18” Evissa Onyx Black alloy wheels and a sunroof (previously a $2500 option).

It also comes with the hybrid drivetrain for improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions compared to the traditional internal combustion engine, when compared to the outgoing ICE model.3

Peugeot 2008 Hybrid profile 1

Hybrid Performance Meets Efficiency

Under the hood, the PEUGEOT 2008 Hybrid SUV is powered by a sophisticated 1.2L turbo petrol engine paired with a 48V hybrid system. The combination of the turbocharged petrol engine and the hybrid electric motor delivers a smooth and responsive driving experience, offering a seamless transition between electric and petrol power.

The hybrid technology optimises fuel efficiency with an ADR 81/02 lab tested combined fuel consumption of 4.4L/100km2 and C02 emissions of 99g/km2. This represents a 18.5% reduction in combined fuel consumption and a 19.5% reduction in CO2 emissions when compared to previous

PEUGEOT 2008 internal combustion engine vehicles (ICE).

With an output of 100kW of power @ 5,500rpms and 230Nm of torque at 1,750rpm and an all new 6-speed DCS (dual clutch system) automatic transmission, the PEUGEOT 2008 Hybrid offers impressive acceleration and on-the-road agility, making it perfect for both urban and long-distance driving. The hybrid system can recover energy during braking, further enhancing efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
